Corporate Apartments

Fully furnished apartments are available for those building a home, waiting for closing on a home, on a short-term assignment, consulting or on an internship. Many choose to stay in a corporate apartment for the amenities offered rather than a hotel. The costs are very competitive and apartments are typically fully furnished with furniture and housewares, a linen package for bed, bath and kitchen, cable, internet services, and housekeeping services.

Available monthly rental rates for homes, depending upon the location, size and amenities offered, range from approximately $650.00 to $5,000.00.

Relocation Assistance

The need to transfer key personnel is an important aspect of the company’s site selection process. San Antonio has several major residential real estate brokerage firms with corporate relocation departments. There are rental relocation companies that provide relocation assistance. Some of the services they offer include plant / office presentations to acquaint all employees / transferees with the area; assistance to the company in preparing relocation packages tailored to the local housing market; and an orientation tour of the city, apartment, and housing areas.

Many companies will give employees a designated time for temporary living in a fully furnished apartment. Temporary living allows employees to get acquainted with the city and an extended opportunity to decide on a home purchase or rental for the long term. Temporary corporate apartment living is less expensive than an extended stay in a hotel.
