Surveys Finds SA Great Place for Corporate Locations

San Antonio ranks as one of the least costly cities to operate a 250-worker corporate office, according to BizCosts.

Area Development magazine’s Summer 2005 issue highlights the findings of BizCosts, a survey conducted by the Princeton, New Jersey-based firm, The Boyd Company, Inc. BizCosts compares the cost of operating a typical corporate office facility in 50 U.S. cities by comparing labor, utilities, rent and corporate travel costs.

Total annual operating costs in the BizCosts Report range from an average of $16,823,567 in the three most costly cities (New York City; Nassau/Suffolk, New York; and San Francisco) to a low of $13,053,566 in San Antonio.
